If only I am an honest-to-goodness tax-paying citizen of the United States. The federal government has this plan to give tax rebates to its upstanding citizens and encourage them to spend to improve the US economy. Although the logic here is lost on me (I’m not really good with taxes and accounting), but the idea seems good to me.

If I were one of the lucky taxpayers receiving this money, I’ll probably be thankful. I can at least pay off some of my credit card debt and also buy a laptop so I can go into freelancing for my self.
