They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls and they don't provide services as promised. They, like many companies, make it so incredibly difficult to cancel; they just hope you go away. I won't be. In fact, I am now involving my credit card company and I will also be forwarding it to an attorney friend. Although I've accepted 4 invitations to join my network, none have posted. This has been going on for almost three weeks. No assistance from Linkedin. I will not spend money with a company that insists on only using forms and email. That's not customer service! You don't resolve the issues and you waste my time. It's not worth it. I am paying $19.95 a month for "enhanced" or "premium" services. The only thing that's enhanced is my anger, disappointment and frustration with this company! Linkedin has no customer service and I want off. They don’t answer the phone.
